I only knew Allison for a short time, but it always felt like I'd known her forever. We worked together in 2013/14, setting up a public health workforce development programme in Bracknell Forest. From the start Allison was friendly, genuine, helpful, honest, supportive and highly skilled. All these qualities impressed me so much and made working with her a real pleasure. She got things done and took everyone along with her. There aren't enough people like Allison to go round. She was unique and a great source of laughter and fun too. I'll really miss her.
